1. Advance Notice for Rescheduling
Because private therapy rooms and skilled therapists are reserved exclusively for your session, we kindly request a minimum of 2 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
2. Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any intake preferences and enjoy a complimentary herbal refreshment. Arriving late may shorten your session duration to respect following appointments.
